Aisha Jamila Hinds is one of the popular American actress. Her most well-known role is the roles she played in TV series The Shield, and True Blood. Since her 2003 debut she has proven her range in acting performing outstandingly in TV series such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 and Under the Dome. Her role as a character in Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was the very first role to attract her attention. The film was her character as Fannie Lou (a women's activist for the rights of women) on the biographical All the Way film that earned her the attention of an actor. Hind's portrayal as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's historical drama Underground was also highly praised. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the series for the third season. In the last few days, Hind completed filming for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters due for a release in the mid-year of 2019. His father Krishnaraj worked as an Army scientist and died on the 18th of March, 2017. The mother Vrinda works at home. Aditya Rao works in merchant navy engineering, is her older sibling. Her older brother, Aditya Rai coproduced and cowrote Dil Ka Rishta along with their mother. Arya Vidya Mandir School was the high school she attended in Mumbai after moving to Mumbai together with the family.
